Bush Announces Veto of Waterboarding Ban – washingtonpost.com

In greatly concerns me that the current US President supports the use of waterboard with is a form of torture dating back to the Spanish Inquisition. (check out who else has used waterboarding) Before, the Bush administration would deny the use of waterboarding and now have moved to outright endorsement of it use? Is this still the United States of America? The nation that takes the high moral road to set the example and lead other nations? We are feeling more like a 3rd world nation led by some tyrant who tortures people, holds people hostage with out legal due process or access to legal representation to challenge their detention and attacks people who express dissent.
