Truthdig – Ear to the Ground – McCain Votes Against Torture Ban

February 15, 2008 · Leave a Comment

McCain votes against his own bill? The man who was tortured during Vietnam War votes NO on banning torture. Just last August McCain was outspoken against torture and now, less than six months later he finds himself uncomfortable voting to ban torture . No “flip-flop” here? Great display of integrity and leading America forward to become a nation that  tortures ! Nice !
